Absolutely not! We have classes and training to suit all levels from beginner to world level and everyone in between.
Our coaches personally cater for people of all fitness levels who are just starting. Needing to be fit to start training is not an idea we believe in. Having said that, as a bi-product, training Jiu Jitu will increase anyone’s fitness.
All our classes are designed for everyone, regardless of whether you compete or not.
Not only can we help you with purchasing a uniform, we also have loan uniforms ready for you to use if needed.
We can help you no matter what age or experience you are. We have plenty of parents who sign up with their kids so they can learn alongside them!
Our coaches prioritize safety with the utmost attention. Not only are we very vigilant with monitoring students, but we also work very hard on instilling the correct understanding and attitudes towards training that promote maximum safety for our students.
